Warranty FAQ
What does the 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty cover?
The warranty covers parts and labor on all repairs performed at Murphy's Auto Repair. If a covered repair fails within 2 years or 24,000 miles of the repair date — whichever comes first — we fix it at no charge.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the vehicle?
No. The warranty is tied to the vehicle owner at the time of repair and is not transferable to a new owner.
What's not covered?
Normal wear and tear on consumable items (brake pads, tires, wiper blades, etc.) that were not the subject of the repair. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglected maintenance is also not covered. We'll always be upfront about what is and isn't covered before we start work.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Just bring the vehicle back or call us at (385) 492-3671. We'll pull your records, evaluate the issue, and if it's covered, repair it at no cost. Simple.
